Front End Supervisor-Kimball Main Street Market
Kimball Main Street Market is looking for an experienced and motivated evening and weekend shift Front End Supervisor to join our Legacy Coop team in Kimball, NE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management/supervision and retail customer service. This FULLTIME position comes with our increditble benefits package including insurance, retirement, and paid time off!
The Front End Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front end of the store. This includes managing the cashiers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The Front End Supervisor will also be responsible for training new employees, monitoring inventory, and resolving customer complaints.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. They must also be able to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
